The risen Son of God just ascended to His throne.

As you stand and watch Him rise into the heavens above, there is only one question to ask, What now?

You have witnessed Jesus, you have followed Him through His ministry, you have heard the Gospel, lamented the cross, marveled at His resurrection, and now stand in awe while the sun shines in your eyes as you catch your last glimpse of the risen Lord rising through the clouds.

As you are gathered with the disciples around you, what now? What will you do?

As you ponder this devastating question, one thing comes to mind:

“Then Jesus told his disciples, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.”
-Matthew 16:24

If you are a disciple of Jesus, then there is only one thing to do.

Follow Him.

Therefore, as you have heard these words and have known Jesus, the question today is the same as it was two thousand years ago. What now?

Will you follow Jesus?

Christian

Since coming to faith as a young college student, God’s lead has taken me around the world and back. Today, my passion is clearer than ever; my heart hurts for the lost, but it burns for the Church. My deepest desire is to equip the Church to be the body, working together to see people’s lives be redeemed in the name of Jesus. My name is Christian and my wife, Emily and I have been married for 6 years and have a little one named Amelia. Together, we’re fully committed to following Jesus to where ever He leads us.
