A Heart Problem
As we all witness and experience the age we live in, we can all agree that our world has problems.
That we live in a time of violence, full of much turmoil and pain.
And as many attempts to argue for more policies, more rules, and more control, it is clear that we are missing the point and are failing to see where the true root of it lies.
Therefore, as God’s people who walk in the light, let us look to those who came before us and uncover the true problem we are grappling with in our modern times.
Read Genesis 4:1-16.

Our world’s problems are nothing new but have been around since the beginning of time.
It is not a matter of weapons, needs, or policies, but rather boils down to something far deeper and far more personal.
We are dealing with a heart problem.
Therefore let us as God’s people not be taken by surprise, but rather expose it for all the world to see, and even better, to declare to all that there is indeed a cure!
